Community Health Workers (CHWs) at the Library

Wendell Community Library 207 S Hollybrook Rd, Wendell, NC, United States

CHWs will be on location at Wendell Library for 2 hours to serve any library user that is experiencing a need. CHWs take referrals and connect community members to the appropriate health and social service organizations that will address their needs.
