CHWs will be on location at Wendell Library for 2 hours to serve any library user that is experiencing a need. CHWs take referrals and connect community members to the appropriate health and social service organizations that will address their needs.

Advance Community Health will be on site at the Wendell Community Library to discuss affordable healthcare services available to the public. Providing A1c Testing, glucose testing, blood pressure checks, BMI screenings and more.
