You will be guided through the “ins and outs” of selecting the right cuts, and mastering the ability to turn out a great cook every time.In this full-day hands-on class, you’ll learn various cooking and smoking techniques and you’ll get to sample your delicious creations. This class is a “deep dive” into pork.Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to elevate your BBQ game!You’ll be cooking several cuts of pork including roasting a pig on a spit.Class starts at 7:00 with breakfast and is scheduled to end at 5:00.This class will be held outdoors “rain or shine” (tents, fans & cooling station provided).ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED TO 20 STUDENTS!
