In this full-day hands-on class, you’ll learn various cooking and smoking techniques and you’ll get to sample your delicious creations. This class is a “deep dive” into pork.

You’ll be cooking several cuts of pork including roasting a pig on a spit.
Class starts at 7:00 with breakfast and is scheduled to end at 5:00.
This class will be held outdoors “rain or shine” (tents, fans & cooling station provided).
